“Organizational Development Specialist “Is required for a multinational trading company located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities:
- Following up the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that the performance management system is provided with accurate and timely support and effective input to maximize the performance of the employees.
- Identifying training and development needs and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with unit managers.
- Design and implement a variety of development initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes that occur such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
- Assisting in creating all HR policies concerning Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
- Gathering & providing the best consultation companies in the field of salary survey data, assessment programs, and people development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in human resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in people and organizational development, talent management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, performance management, and change management methods .
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, andPowerPoint).
- Fluent in English is a must.
