“Maintenance and Production Engineer” is required in an International Home Appliance Manufacturing company located in 10th or Ramadan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and maintenance services.
- Monitor and manage production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support for new equipment installations and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and production metrics.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and production efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality control, production planning, and engineering.
- Train and support production staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a home appliance factory.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent Command of English written and spoken
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with production processes and equipment used in home appliance manufacturing.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Programs.
