A multinational Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Company located in New Cairo 5th settlement is seeking an HR Personnel Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue contracts for all new hires on their first day and coordinate onboarding processes, including social insurance forms, medical requirements, hiring document collection, and bank accounts.
- Manage contract renewals.
- Oversee all offboarding operations, including exit checklists, social insurance forms, and other required documentation in accordance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Assist with timesheet collection and review in compliance with labor laws.
- Identify variables from timesheets for payroll calculation according to internal guidelines.
- Monitor the status of dues for social insurance and labor law funds.
- Review and follow up on annual leave and sick leave requests.
- Assist the HR Operations Lead with tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in personnel management, with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention-to-detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
