"Purchasing Coordinator" is required for a multinational trading company located in New Cairo.


Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV system to create, process, and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently based on procurement requisitions and approved specifications & to allocate it to the right Cost center.
  • Creating and processing purchase orders (POs) based on requisitions from various departments within the organization. This includes verifying specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Generate reports on purchase order status, vendor performance, and procurement metrics using NAV reporting tools. Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed to meet operational requirements while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  • Data Entry and Documentation Management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related roles
  • Proficiency & Strong Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) system related to procurement and purchase order management.
  • Very Good command of the English language (well spoken & written)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
