“Quality Head” is required for an International Integrated Poultry company located in Giza.


Responsibilities:
  • Follows the technical and administrative procedures and processes in the various departments of the company to achieve the required standard results.
  • Works on developing subordinate employees to improve their efficiency and enhance performance quality.
  • Manages the available resources efficiently and effectively to improve the company's profits.
  • Supervises the quality initiatives and other departments to ensure their implementation and achieve continuous improvement.
  • Prepares and submits the necessary reports to inform the top management of the work results.
  • Works on disseminating and establishing a total quality culture to improve outcomes and achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7+years experience as a Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Technical expertise in the field of poultry.
