“Sales Manager” is required for a reputable tire trading company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own the recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- 8–10 years of experience, of which 3 years in managing a team.
- Strong background in automotive engineering and spare parts.
- Excellent command of English.
