“Senior Arch. Tender Engineer” is required for a reputable Construction company located in Maadi.

Responsibilities:

Review tender documents and understand project requirements.
Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop detailed tender designs and proposals.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), and pricing schedules.
Collaborate with project managers to finalize tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with project deadlines and submission requirements.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate terms and conditions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
+7 years’ experience as a Tender Engineer in architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in tendering processes, cost estimation software, and project management tools.
Very Good command of English is a must.
