“Cost Control Engineer” is required for a reputable Construction company located in Maadi.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop bottom-up, parametric, and analogous cost estimates using cost-estimating software.
  • Perform and document detailed quantity takeoffs.
  • Perform Quality Control on cost estimates (analyzing cost estimates for reasonableness).
  • Prepare variance analyses of cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to reconcile project costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
  • From 4-6 years’ experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Very Good command of English is a must.
