“Customer Service Specialist” is required for an International Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company located in New Cairo. (Temporary Project)
Responsibilities:
Call Intake and telephone assistance for dealers / wholesalers in determining the right items and with installers for putting company products into operation and helping to solve faults and forward the necessary documentation. Either by telephone or by email.
Order processing, creation of relevant work orders for service technicians and service partners and processing in SAP.
Determine the correct basic service parts requests and offer quotes for this.
Support service partners to inquire parts PN, price and lead time
Assisting / providing input for Service quotations for repairs, projects to be carried out and/or spare parts. Prepare the formal quotations to customers.
Provides as much technical / administrative support as possible to colleagues regarding service issues.
Cooperate with supply chain/Finance to improve parts stock and parts lead time performance.
Coordination of outsourced service activities to ASPs and international service requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-3 years prior customer service experience.
Fluency in English is a must.
Experience with pump technology and installation technology.
Experience and Microsoft Office and SAP.
Completed technical training and work experience in a technical environment.
