“Receptionist” is required for an Audit, Risk & Advisory services company located in the Down Town Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage telephone-based enquiries, allocating, if possible, to the relevant department. Take messages when required.
- Manage the mailroom (incoming and outgoing mails) for sorting and distribution.
- Overlooking the courier services.
- Adhere to office policies in maintaining logbooks (visitors, meeting rooms, international calls, incoming and outgoing mail) to employee relations.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must.
