“Sales Engineer” is required for a reputable Retail and wholesale Trading Company located in 6th of October .
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients within the HORECA sector. Promote and sell cleaning machines and equipment to hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the product range, including various cleaning machines and equipment used in housekeeping and maintenance. Understand the features, benefits, and applications of each product and effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and address customer inquiries related to the products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HORECA sector. Provide feedback to the management team regarding product improvements, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the sales manager.
- Provide training sessions and guidance to customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the cleaning machines. Assist customers in optimizing the use of the products to achieve desired cleaning results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Familiarity with cleaning machines and equipment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Very good in English is a must.
