“Integration lead” is required in an Information Technology Multinational Company Located in Smart Village.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware or VMware solutions.
- Integrate solutions at customer sites or hosted environments, connecting with backend or core network elements.
- Write technical documentation and update acceptance plan documents.
- Follow the processes and best practices within DES.
- Assist development and validation teams.
- Provide progress updates to Validation Technical Leader and Project Manager.
- Execute acceptance test plans with customers.
- Write Operation and Maintenance Guides (OMG).
- Provide technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services.
- Design and implement system changes to enhance service reliability, performance, and security.
- Offer technical guidance for new services and conduct technical analyses.
- Optimize service reliability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical direction for high-risk changes affecting customer SLAs.
- Train Tier II Support team on product and technical knowledge.
- Define production requirements and monitor critical metrics to optimize processes.
- Prepare and review technical product and customer-specific documentation.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Build, test, and review technical documentation for production changes.
- Deploy and maintain database monitoring solutions.
- Develop, design, deploy, and test backup and recovery architectures.
- Implement database high availability solutions using replication technologies.
- Participate in maintenance activities for on-premise platform changes.
- Manage database platform deployment, installation, patching, and upgrades.
- Lead decisions on datacenter technology architecture.
- Plan and execute database migration projects across hosted datacenters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year in integration, operations, and database administration roles.
- Excellent command of English language is a must.
- Proficiency in installing hardware and VMware solutions, integrating systems at customer sites, and documenting technical processes. Strong knowledge of processes and best practices is essential.
- Experience in deploying database monitoring solutions, designing backup and recovery architectures, and implementing high availability solutions using replication technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining critical system metrics and performance.
