“Chief Marketing Officer” is required for a reputable real estate company located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Marketing, Public Relations, and Event Planning Departments in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Group brand.
- Create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing ROI and successfully develop cost-effective solutions.
- Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands.
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the sector and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience as chief marketing officer or similar role.
- Experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the Real Estate is preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must.
