“Mall Operations and Leasing Manager” is required for a reputable real estate company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialty leasing retailer action plans aimed at maximizing sales and increasing the center's value.
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Acquisition of new tenants, building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants and lease agents.
- Arrange for specialty leasing in the mall, temporary lease in the common areas.
- Execute comparative surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing.
- Assist in preparing and adherence of annual Budget for Leasing.
- Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
- Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in both Mall Operation and leasing.
- Fluency in English is a must.
