“Compensation and Benefits Team Lead” in a Multinational Trading company located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
- Set performance goals and objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis of industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Establish and maintain pay scales and grading systems, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarks, considering regional factors, to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing compensation practices.
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Labor law.
- Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies and job evaluation techniques.
- Excellency in English is a must.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
