“Logistics Operations Executive” is required for an international logistics and supply chain company located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities:
- Handle operations for customers.
- Providing support to customers regarding order status, delivery inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as safety regulations, import/export requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Processing incoming orders, coordinating with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery, and resolving any order discrepancies.
- Daily reports to customers.
- Assist the direct manager in his/her responsibilities.
- Assist the invoicing team when needed.
- Inventory Management, Warehouse Organization, Communication, Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in related field.
- 3-5 Years experience in the field of logistics/operations/customs clearance.
- Very Good command of the English language (well spoken & written).
- Very Good command of Microsoft office tools.
