“Executive Secretary” is required for a Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up all project documents cycle start from beginning of the project to the end.
- Review distribution of drawings to all relevant staff/sections via Document Controller under internal document distribution system.
- Assists Technical Office Manager in presentations/letters to the customer/company management.
- Responsible for file validation and document controlling. Before submitting a document or a file it must first be checked to be completed in copies, signed and stamped with proper stamp (IN-OUT).
- Creating and submitting regularly updated logs including all project documents in the standard forms such as material submittal log, shop drawing submittal log, Inspection request log…. etc.
- Ensuring that all Original approved and important documents filed in the company and the copies distributed among all project stakeholders to be updated and canceling the old revisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Executive Secretary.
- Experience in the construction field is a must.
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Excellent Computer skills.
