“CEO” is required for a Reputable resort on the Red Sea coast.


Location: Red Sea.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer.
As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the resort, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Main Duties:
  • Develop and implement the overall business strategy aligned with the Board's vision and goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competition for expansion and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for effective service delivery.
  • Implement best practices for operations, customer service, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for financial health and stability.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
  • Implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparent communication with the Board of Directors.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach across the business.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in senior management roles within the hospitality, resort, or real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in financial management and budgeting practices.
