"HR Director" is required in an international Packaging company located in Tenth of Ramadan City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions with a humanistic approach, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Foster collaboration and innovation through ongoing team summits and task forces, directing their efforts towards measurable outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations and monthly performance reviews, utilizing a strength-based approach to drive continuous learning and goal achievement.
- Collaborate in the development of inclusive and agile policies and procedures to support the company's strategic growth across multiple locations.
- Continuously assess and maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness in salary structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Prioritize recruitment for culture fit and design effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
- Lead initiatives to create an engaging and supportive work environment, including surveys, team-building activities, benefits optimization, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Support ongoing educational programs and initiatives aimed at employee skill development and career advancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical or F&B.
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- Strong understanding of classical HR modules combined with an agile, dynamic, and humanistic approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and employee development.
- Experience in policy development, recruitment, and performance management.
- Experience as a SAP HR module for efficient HR management and reporting.
