“Architecture Engineer” is required for a reputable hospitality company located in Manial.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop architectural concepts and design proposals for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to coordinate project activities and resolve technical queries.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold architectural integrity and design intent throughout the construction process.
- Conduct periodic reviews of construction workmanship and materials to verify compliance with architectural specifications and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an architecture engineering role, preferably within the construction or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and materials.
