“Senior Site Engineer “is required for a reputable hospitality company located in Manial.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the overall management and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of construction excellence.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams, to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site management role within the construction industry, preferably in hospitality or tourism-related projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
