“Export Sales Manager “is required in a reputable Chemical Manufacturing located in Maadi.


Main Duties:
  • Provide the company with the driving force through the successful handling of both short and long-term commercial ventures.
  • Retain customers to secure sales volumes and prices targeted by developing, implementing, and supervising sales procedures and tactics.
  • Coordinate with different organization departments to facilitate the workflow.
  • Manage different aspects of the commercial field of the organization.
  • Identify target customers having potential business opportunities.
  • Participate in developing new products to meet customer’s needs.
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual financial budget.
  • Maintain a high-quality image and reputation in the marketplace.
  • Give input in the development of product line changes, price policy changes, and new product applications intended to increase sales and profitability.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ways to solve it.
  • Follow up the production schedule, according to the customer’s need.
  • Timely submission of Sales reports.
  • Manage and follow up the collection with customers.
  • Develop new business and new market opportunities for the products within the assigned territory.
  • Study the current market situation and develop new opportunities needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10 years of professional work experience.
  • Previous experience in export sales management, preferably in chemicals (USA and Canada)
  • Fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Understanding of export sales regulations and international trade practices.
  • Successful history in driving both short and long-term commercial ventures.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer retention, sales volume achievement, and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing various commercial aspects within an organization.
