“Head of Hospitality” is required for a Reputable Hospitality Company located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce standards and policies for all hospitality operations within the company.
- Monitor staff performance and gather feedback from guests to continuously improve service quality.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations in all hospitality functions.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hospitality services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure cohesive service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate guest experiences, oversee staff management, uphold service quality standards, and manage events and accommodations to create memorable experiences for guests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in managing diverse teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including budget management, inventory control, marketing strategies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms used in the hospitality industry.
