“Business Development Manager” is required for an international facility services company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the identification and implementation of the company’s strategy and ensure effective cascading of strategy into implementable policies and procedures in line with the overall business objectives of the organization.
Prepare the executive summary for the proposals and bids, provide necessary changes, and develop the commercial aspects of the bid to ensure all services are included in the final price to the customer.
Maintain confidentiality of client data and information and commercial aspects of proposals to ensure the integrity of such data and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Develop reports for the management on business development opportunities and plans to facilitate informed decision-making.
Manage and track the potential risks of a project and highlight them in the proposals to ensure the company is aware of these risks and can mitigate them throughout the project.
Participate in meetings with clients for all post-bid reviews with clients, post-contract awards, or any other meeting as required to ensure smooth management of the client relationship and the provision of technical input where necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
10–12 years of experience within a business development working environment in a similar industry, preferably with some experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication skills in English, written, and oral.
