"Legal Manager“ is required for a Multinational Maritime Transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for legal, corporate governance, claims, and insurance-related matters.
- Advise management on legal issues and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external lawyers for legal disputes and litigation cases.
- Manage corporate legal works and procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
- Own the dispute handling and claims management process.
- Maintain operational efficiencies through proper handling of damage reports.
- Ensure all insurance policies are up to date and applied consistently.
- Review, negotiate, and vet contracts with third parties.
- Support strategic growth projects and expansion initiatives.
- Represent the terminal in hearings, government meetings, or court cases.
- Keep abreast of relevant developments in law and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Profound understanding of regulatory matters and corporate law.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrates a commercial mindset, upholds high integrity, and approaches tasks proactively.
