“Financial Manager” is required for a Reputable Facility Management Company located in New Cairo, 5th Settlement.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate external and internal audits and address auditor queries.
  • Maintain accuracy of general ledger and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Supervise departmental reporting to meet company standards.
  • Manage inventory and fixed assets counts and reconciliation.
  • Handle tax compliance, payroll processing, and regulatory filings.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Implement internal controls and procedures for financial security and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements and reports as required.
  • Develop workload plans and monitor their implementation.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates for their development.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in the construction or contracting field is specifically required.
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
  • Familiarity with VAT, Corporate Tax, WHT, Payroll Tax, Social Security, and Contractual Insurance preferred.
  • ERP Experience:
  • Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics Navision, D365, SAP, Oracle.
