“Financial Manager” is required for a Multinational steel manufacturing located in Badr City.


Job Duties:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee the overall accounting strategy of the company.
  • Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Establish and monitor accounting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce financial reports or statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Encourage adherence to accounting standards among team members.
  • Oversee and participate in annual audits, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Represent the company towards employees and external stakeholders as part of the management team.
  • Coordinate with other members of the management team, reporting any issues or needs for arbitration to the General Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within the industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
