“Office Administrative” is required for a multinational Marketing Activities company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external accountancy service for invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliation, AMEX handling, fixed asset management, and audit support.
- Handle employee document filing, assist in hiring/termination processes, and manage medical insurance services.
- Manage legal documents with legal teams & follow up on legal issues and procure necessary documentation.
- Interact with vendors for best deals, manage office contracts, and track valid agreements with the finance department.
- Handle mail, email, and office supplies & coordinate meetings, and maintain contact lists.
- Manage additional tasks as delegated by the supervisor.
- Assist newcomers in installing and configuring Office software.
- Manage the replacement of personal computers or laptops.
Requirement:
- University degree is required.
- Proven Experience of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English Language.
