‘’Head of Hospitality’’ is required for a reputable hospitality service company Located in Downtown.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's hospitality strategies, aligning them with overall business goals.
- Set performance benchmarks and goals for the hospitality department and ensure their achievement.
- Establish and enforce standardized operating procedures to maintain consistency across all properties.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their potential.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and recognize outstanding achievements.
- Develop and manage the hospitality budget, ensuring cost control and revenue optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
