“Telesales Representative” is required For a reputable E-Commerce Company Located in KSA.
Job Location: Nasr City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to identify potential customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Address customer objections and overcome challenges to close successful deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is a Must.
- Minimum 1 yearof experience as a sales executive.
- Experience in the KSA Market is a must.
- Very Good Command of Spoken and written English.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
