“Senior Logistics Specialist” is required in reputable Medical devices company located in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the integrity of import documentation.
- Timely preparation of import documentation for all air and sea shipment requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating with all relevant departments.
- Track shipments across different channels.
- Develop weekly tracking reports and outline/schedule for all open orders.
- Comply with all Applicable Laws and regulations related to Health and Safety Rules.
- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and stakeholders, keeping company information private & confidential.
- Responsible for achieving the company`s objectives, and maintaining a professional and tidy appearance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Very Good English Level.
