“Maintenance Manager” is required in reputable Food and Beverage Manufacturing company located in El Obour City.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all production machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions promptly to maintain continuous production.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous impr vvovement within the maintenance department.
- Ensure proper staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Maintenance managerial.
- Excellent in English is a Must.
- Background in FMCG industry.
