“Telesales Representative” is required in reputable logistics & supply chain company located in Sheraton.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calling, market research, and other lead generation techniques.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update information regularly.
- Initiate outbound calls to engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target companies.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the logistics services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales.
- Very Good in English is a Must.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite is a MUST.
