Key Responsibilities:
- Planning the sales activity includes participation in setting sales goals within the company for products (auto parts) and providing recommendations regarding their development and the introduction of new products or services, promotion and communication with the target markets.
- Implementation of the sales plan identified in the strategic plan of thecompany's policy.
- Developing and implementing the plan to achieve sales goals, expand the database of customers, competitors, geographical areas and their distributions, identify potentialcustomers, and continuously search for new customers and liaise with them.
- Monitor and analyze sales ratios, measure performance and suggest improvements.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual.
- Effective communication, continuous evaluation, suggestions,and promotions.
- Good understanding of the nature of the markets and identifying available sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales team to achieve the monthly target for sales.
- Negotiate and finalize sales procedures and agreements with important customers.
- Building relationships with customers to provide services that help understanding theirneeds.
- Provide effective and timely solutions that match customer needs.
- Communicate with marketing and product development departments.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
· Very Good Command of English.
· Ability to use SAP software.
· Proficient using Microsoft Office
· Ability to understand, analyze, and measure the sales team performance.
· Ability to prepare periodic and annual reports.
