‘’ Sales Manager’’ is required for an International Chemical Distribution Company Located in Giza.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
· Providing sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
· Communicating with potential buyers to understand their needs and helping them find solutions to their problems.
· Setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs especially Key Accounts.
· Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree In Chemical Engineering or any related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales.
· Background experience in (Chemicals, Pharma, FMCG or Coating) is a MUST.
· Fluency in English is a MUST.
