‘’Sales Director’’ is required for an International Automotive Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and business partnerships to expand the company's presence and increase market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts, develop customized sales solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential business development opportunities, including new dealership agreements, strategic, and distribution networks.
- Responsible for the B2B and B2C Sales activities as well as Pre-sale of the car, delivery of the car to the free zone and Import.
- Prepare a Shortlist of car brands and prepare a Budget for the Egyptian division.
- Responsible For managing the Sales and Marketing team as well as the Operations of the Egyptian Branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economy and Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managerial role within the automotive industry and trading is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of the worldwide automotive market, including understanding of regulations, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to form the team and be completely responsible for the development of the branch.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions.
