“HR Business Partner “is required for Multinational Maritime Transportation Company located in port said.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Controlling the Recruitment Cycle.
- Prepare yearly Manpower plan for each department based on every department needs to perform all organization manpower budget.
- Create recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and other talent acquisition methods.
- Responsible for Expansion project recruitment activates.
- Create and update training policies & ensure that employees have access to accurate & timely required training.
- Monitor and track employee progress in development programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Formulates training programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems or changes in products, procedures, or services.
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify opportunities for individual and team development.
- Implement strategies to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CIPD, PHR, or SHRM-CP are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of current trends, best practices, and legal considerations in talent acquisition and development.
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and methodologies for talent development.
