“Branch Team Leader “is required for a well-known financial services company located in Alexandria.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the accurate management of cash flow within the branch, including cash in and out transactions.
  • Oversee the branch's safe flow and reconciliation daily.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliation processes to ensure that all transactions and activities align with their supporting documents.
  • Monitor and promptly report any branch-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Address various matters, such as branch maintenance, required documents, incidents of altercations, and updates to mall policies.
  • Collaborate with the necessary departments to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
  • Efficiently manage the branch's queuing system and ensure a streamlined customer experience.
  • Supervise queue management and assist in handling customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the teller staff, including assigning tasks, addressing questions, and solving problems.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of branch supplies to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branch operations or related roles
  • Strong understanding of cash management, reconciliation processes, and financial regulations.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
