“Branch Team Leader “is required for a well-known financial services company located in Alexandria.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate management of cash flow within the branch, including cash in and out transactions.
- Oversee the branch's safe flow and reconciliation daily.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation processes to ensure that all transactions and activities align with their supporting documents.
- Monitor and promptly report any branch-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Address various matters, such as branch maintenance, required documents, incidents of altercations, and updates to mall policies.
- Collaborate with the necessary departments to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Efficiently manage the branch's queuing system and ensure a streamlined customer experience.
- Supervise queue management and assist in handling customer inquiries or concerns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the teller staff, including assigning tasks, addressing questions, and solving problems.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of branch supplies to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch operations or related roles
- Strong understanding of cash management, reconciliation processes, and financial regulations.
- Fluency in English is a must.
