Responsibilities:
· Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
· Design and evaluate existing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
· Handle budgets and expenditures to minimize costs and production issues.
· Provide the team with the needed technical support and training.
· Supervise the manufacturing processes and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
· Manage process documentation and prepare production performance reports.
· Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
· Plan and organize maintenance.
· Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
· Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.

Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree in engineering, interior design, or a relevant field
· At least 5 years of experience in the field of production and manufacturing of sheet wood
· Dealing with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), AutoCAD, and other engineering drawing programs, and dealing with CNC machines.
· An ERP user is a must.
· Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and finishing procedures.
· Fluency in English is a must.
