Responsibilities:-

· Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, requests, and technical issues related to steam systems.
· Conduct repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Armstrong products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct steam trap management programs, including inspection, testing, and replacement, to optimize energy efficiency and minimize steam losses.
· Provide on-site training to customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of steam systems and Armstrong products.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to provide technical expertise and support for customer projects and installations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in steam systems to continuously enhance technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering) is a must.
• 1-3 years of experience at the same field.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Knowledge of the products and services.
• Experience with technical equipment and software.
• Experience in the industrial sector is a must.
