“ Branch Team Leader “ is required for reputable Financial Services Company.



Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate management of cash flow within the branch, including cash in and out transactions.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation processes to ensure that all transactions and activities align with their supporting documents.
- Monitor and promptly report any branch-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the necessary departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Supervise queue management and assist in handling customer inquiries or concerns.
- Aid teller staff in challenging situations and report any teller losses promptly.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of branch supplies to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Proven experience in branch operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of cash management, reconciliation processes, and financial regulations.
