Key Responsibilities
• Advice and support on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts and other legal documents.
• Monitoring local legislation and informing businesses about its implications.
• Managing all corporate issues internally and externally; drafting and examining the documentation prepared for board meetings, and general assembly meetings.
• Supporting the Company’s strategic growth projects and investments in Egypt.
• Advising on various engagements with governmental authorities in Egypt.
• Proactively identify and address legal issues in a pragmatic and risk-based fashion.
• Working effectively with other departments and functions such as Finance, Tax, Compliance, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English Law.
• Fluency in English is a Must.
• 1-3 Years of relevant legal experience.
• Solid experience with general corporate, regulatory, and commercial legal issues.
• Well organized, punctual, team player.
