Key Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
· Developing general company strategies online with the different business units, to ensure full alignment.
· Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
· Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
· Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
· Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
· Review sales, export, and project sales reports to analyze data and get fruitful conclusions.
· Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
· Creating and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major national and international clients to secure long-term partnerships.
· Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in business related + MBA & Ph.D. holder is a must.
· Proven experience and work record as an executive director.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
