“Office Manager" is required for a reputable real estate company located in Nasr City
Responsibilities:
·Handle and ensure proper execution of all correspondence of the Chairman and Managing Director.
·Arrange for Board Meetings and General Assembly and carry out all duties of the Secretary of the Board.
·Take minutes of meetings and ensure proper distribution of copies to participants.
·Arrange appointments and make required reservations for the Chairman and Managing Director.
·Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
·Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant certificate.
·From 3-5 years of experience as an office manager.
·Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.
·Proficiency in MS Office & Computer systems.
