"Senior Export Sales Executive" is required for a chemicals company located in Maadi
Job description:
- Preparing effective business plans, and handling export sales transactions.
- Achieve the assigned quarterly target as per the agreement.
- Research and analyze foreign markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Go on business trips upon the business potential markets.
- Preparing and processing all documents and permits, maintaining records of all transactions.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
- Handle and process all export documents – Application of permits/Costings/Bank Documents, etc.
- Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with all procedures of the organization and maintaining clients’ satisfaction
- Liaising with suppliers and necessary teams on all documentation required for clearing of shipments.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export rules and regulations.
- Review and confirm all shipping requirements prior shipping to insure it is in compatibility with custom regulations.
- Review shipping dates and report exceptions.
- Follow up on all related payments to ensure that the importer fulfills his obligations.
- Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs, Counsel clients on matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas.
- Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend relevant changes or improvements to increase compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 5 years experience in export field
- Fluency in English is a must
- Working Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.
- Excellent use ofMS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fully aware of the export regulations and sales strategies.
