Responsibilities:
.Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media, etc.
.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
.Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles
.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to making offers.

Qualifications
.Proven working experience as a Senior Recruiter (Blue Collars)
.People-oriented and results-driven
.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
