“Customer Service Representative “is required for an international Lubricants & Grease Trading company located in Cairo.


Responsibilities:
  • Understand the commercial market and specific customer needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team and customers to provide feedback and turnaround orders.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners and third-party transportation partners to determine the most effective way to execute order fulfillment to the customer
  • Enter export sales orders in SAP in a timely manner and provide order confirmation / proforma invoice to the customer.
  • Communicate with customers on order execution timeline and commercial requirements to be fulfilled for order execution.
  • Coordinate order execution with Logistics, Plants / Warehouses, Transportation Partners (Freight Forwarders, Carriers, and Steamship Lines) third-party vendors, and Finance, andcredit control.
  • Completing foreign trade data requirements, and generating export documents in SAP.
  • Manage complete documentation and dispatch documents to customers in a timely manner to facilitate clearance of load at destination.
  • Work with Master Data, Global Trade Management, and Treasury for setting up and screening of new parties included in the transaction (customers, third parties, banks, freight forwarders, countries).
  • Assure ongoing regulatory compliance for the order and ensure accuracy of export documents and charges.
  • Manage quality of order execution and take the lead in the resolution of issues/problems brought up by customers.
  • Monitor and review the timeline for management of orders and order execution.
  • Generate weekly/monthly management reports to highlight order execution status, service levels, and quality.
  • As a part of the supply chain team, lead the improvement and development of processes and initiatives related to customer and order management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degreeFull-time graduate degree from a recognized Institute with basic computer skills.
  • Years of Experience 7 years and above.
  • Experience BackgroundExcellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to prioritize and excellent time management.
  • Computer literacy & proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel /PowerPoint)
  • Ability to remain professional, courteous, confident, and patient at all times
  • Strong analytical skills.
