“HR Business Partner” is required for reputable Pharmaceutical Distribution/Marketing company located in Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
·Lead the job analysis function and continuous update for the job description for different roles.
·Lead the performance management process, including the annual goal setting, assessment process, and regular feedback sessions.
·Work with line managers to clearly define the specifics of the job including the responsibilities, requirements, evaluation parameters, key performance indicators, etc.
·Train employees on performance appraisal tools and follow up for timely completion.
·Partner with the Training team to assess team capabilities: identify competencies gaps and Training Needs Analysis
· Work closely with management and employees to build impactful working relationships, enhance productivity, and increase retention.
·Manage the employee relations issue and ensure fair investigation and constructive feedback.
·Suggest process improvements to help increase efficiency.
·Manage the development of HR Policies and Procedures that support the company’s objectives.
·Development and implementation of an Employee Handbook and suggest any needed amendments.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in human resources / or related field
·Minimum 7 years of experience in HR.
·Fluency in English is a must.
· Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
·Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a must.
