Job description:
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Leading and managing cross-functional project teams, including execution team, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with the approved budget.
• Creating and managing project schedules, tracking progress, and making adjustments to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensuring that all construction work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations. Implementing quality control measures and coordinating inspections.
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders, clients, team members, and subcontractors to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Managing unforeseen challenges and changes effectively.
• Overseeing contracts and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and managing changes.
• Ensuring a safe work environment for all project personnel, adhering to safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, MEP, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8- 12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
