A Reputable Chemical Manufacturing company located in Maadi is hiring a Sales Manager position
Job Description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expensereports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum5 yearsexperience as a Sales Manager/Head (Leading Sales Team).
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience in FMCG or F&B is a must.
